If you would like to do a cold read, just skip this part. To be brief, this piece is based around the idea of a city builder/management game like cityscapes, but you're instead managing a city made of clouds. I took some inspiration from my childhood in which I used to imagine the giant clouds I would see during car rides to be cities full of people.
